" Jacob and I asked Micallef Homes to build our all custom dream forever and always home. Stephen and Melissa met with us to understand our needs and offered ideas and solutions that were current and according to our wants. They also provided us with addresses of homes they’ve built if we wanted to see something that we were unsure of. Micallef Homes walked us through every step of the process that made it so much less stressful and easier.

 

Our house is all custom and my fiancé Jacob has an amazing eye for detail. Stephen and Dave were completely entrusted to ensure our home was of an extreme high quality. They were also very flexible and available to us as we made changes in real time throughout the build. They would also take the time to confer with Jacob if they felt something wasn’t quite right for example, the size of some of our doors were not the same and there was no reason for the designer to have done that. Micallef Homes also have select trades who work for them and follow the same standard of client service. Nothing was a problem or an inconvenience and that is what you need as your design on paper becomes a real object.

 

We are yet to complete our gardens to display any pictures but as neighbors walk by our home and we are there, they always make a wow comment. Our home has wow factor throughout it.

 

Ultimately, the outcome of any home design is what the client wants. So if you don’t necessarily love the look, that’s ok because trust me you will love the support and service from this company to achieve your look.
